TOP TEN is the repair specialist for peripheral storage devices from all manufacturers. If you have a defective tape drive that is out of warranty then TOP TEN is the right company for you. We repair every tape drive, autoloader and library with tape formats AIT/SAIT, DAT, DLT/SDLT, LTO, Magstar, MLR, SLR/QIC, VS, VXA, 8mm, as well as most of the magneto-optical (MO) drives.
Since we operate as a depot service company, repairs are always executed on our business premises, ensuring that our specialists can conduct their error analysis, error recovery and testing under ideal conditions.
TOP TEN is manufacturer independent.
Prices
The repairs are conducted at fixed prices. The repair price for your defective tape drive can be found here. If you are a reseller you may contact us for registration purposes. We will provide you with your log in data for the reseller price list which then can be downloaded as pdf format.
For some autoloaders / libraries, 1/4“ – 1/2“ cartridge drives and open reel tape drives, it is necessary that we receive and analyze the drive in order to prepare a drive specific cost estimate. After receiving your drive, we will send you a cost estimate via fax or email within 24 hours.
Warranty
For your repaired drive, you will receive a warranty of up to 12 months. Please contact us or refer to the price inquiry to view the warranty period for your drive.
Turn Around Time
Our turn around time for the repair and subsequent extensive testing of your drive averages 3 – 5 business days.
Express Repair
Need an immediate repair? No problem- we offer a 24 hour repair service. Simply add 30% to the repair price of your drive.
